Order Status & Tracking                                                                                               

You will receive an email from GAVI®INDIA once your order is successfully placed. The email will include all the details related to your order.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?     

The shipping address of your order can only be modified if it hasn't been packed yet. To change the address, contact our Customer Care team at info@gaviindia.com or WhatsApp at +919667760757

How long will it take for my order to reach me?                                   

We ship your order within 2 business days, and it will be delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

My order shows delivered, but I have not received it.                             

Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case you have not received the order, we request you to WhatsApp us at +919667760757 or email us at info@gaviindia.com within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner. Kindly note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.

Do the shipping charges vary based on the number of items purchased/weight of the order?                                                                             

For PAN India, shipping charges are ₹ 79.00 flat irrespective of the order size and weight. Shipping for order value above ₹ 799.00 will be free.

What delivery methods do you use?                                                                   

We use leading courier companies such as Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery & DTDC for shipments in India.

What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with?       

If your package has been opened or tampered with, do not accept the shipment. Immediately inform our customer care team at info@gaviindia.com or WhatsApp at +919667760757.                                                                                                     

Note that any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery will not be considered.

What are the payment options available?                                           

Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, UPI, Cash on Delivery (for India), Mobile wallets (Phone Pe, OLA Money, Reliance Jio Money, Amazon Pay, PayTM, Google Pay)

How do I redeem a coupon/gift card?                                                             

Once you have shortlisted the product you wish to buy. You can enter the discount/coupon code or enter your gift card code, click on Apply Code, and follow the rest of the instructions to place your order.

Is there a purchase limit for a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?                 

The Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases of up to ₹ 2500.00. Beyond this amount, purchases can only be made using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, and Mobile Wallets.

What is GAVI INDIA's Cancellation Policy?                                                       

You can cancel an order until it has been packed at our warehouse, including sale items. The amount paid will be credited to the same payment method used. Please contact our Customer Care team at info@gaviindia.com or WhatsApp at +919667760757

How do I cancel my order?                                                                                   

You can cancel your order on the order status page or contact our Customer Care team at info@gaviindia.com or WhatsApp at +919667760757. Note that orders can only be canceled before they are packed in our warehouse.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?                                 

For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 5-7 business days. If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.

How should I store and care for my jewelry?                                                      

  • Keep Away from Perfumes/Deodorant/Hairspray.
  • Store In a Sealed Bag/Box.
  • Keep it Dry.
  • Wipe with a Soft Cloth to Clean.
