RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- GAVI®INDIA offers a simple and easy 3-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return any item within 3 days from delivery.
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
- After us approving the return pick-up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you, within 2-3 business days (excluding Sunday).
- Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount back to you within 5- 7 working days.
If you would like to return any of the items purchased, please contact our customer service team, at info@gaviindia.com within 2 days of delivery with the following information.
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
If everything is in order, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment for prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, we will ask you to provide us with your bank account details and credit the refund amount in the same.
In case of a prepaid order through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days.
Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- The order was damaged in transit.
- The order was Incorrect.
If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, with original packaging.
Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 3 Months from date of issuance.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
