RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • GAVI®INDIA offers a simple and easy 3-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return any item within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect, or wrong item, or damaged item received. 
  • All returned items must be unused for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
  • After we approve the return pick-up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you, within 2-3 business days (excluding Sunday).
  • Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount back to you within 5- 7 working days.

If you would like to return any of the items purchased, please contact our customer service team at info@gaviindia.com or WhatsApp us at +919667760757  within 3 days of delivery with the following information.

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return, and in case of a defective or wrong product, please send us an image of the item.

If everything is in order, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment for prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, we will ask you to provide us with your bank account details and credit the refund amount into the same. 

In case of a prepaid order through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. 

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery(COD) charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Items can only be exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect, or wrong item, or damaged item received. 

If the above is valid, then you may return the order exactly as you received it, with original packaging. 

Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check, we will replace the product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock, we will refund the amount.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
